Microsoft asked Airlift to create a completely new and authentic brand experience, including a distinct brand language for an important set of new customers. Airlift co-led every step of the process from concept development to final delivery.
Airlift established consistency across the experience by drawing on Microsoft’s primary brand pillars while creating StaffHub’s own brand and tailored set of design principles. Exploration of Microsoft’s visual cues & themes combined with StaffHub’s unique point of view helped establish a contemporary voice for the customer segment.
Custom illustrations, product videos, typography, and color use standards were created and consistently applied across every aspect of StaffHub. Close collaboration with the Microsoft team and development partner ensured the user experience and interfaces were consistent across mobile and desktop platforms.
This close collaboration ensured the team launched within a very aggressive deadline without compromising great work. The result is not only a consistent visual language but a new voice that is approachable, friendly, and timeless.
